In my experience this included not only the costs of different levels of coverage but also a frank discussion of what the costs and benefits of that coverage entailed. I felt like I was being offered insurance from someone who wasn't trying to up-sell me, but also wasn't going to let me get the cheapest cut-rate coverage that would leave me and my family dangerously under protected. EJ found things to trim back the cost in some areas but cautioned me to not cut other things even though it would save me money, and explained why the risk wasn't worth it. It was refreshing to have this explained, and I felt like a real measured decision was made as opposed to my "one size fits all" experience at big online competitors. I find that type of honesty to be rare, and was lucky to experience that at CIA. I've worked with Connell Insurance for a while but I recently switched to another agency as it saved me 30%. Turns out that 3 weeks after I signed onto my new policy I get a $430 bilol in the mail. So back to Connell I went and EJ helped bring my rate down about 10% from where it originally was before I left Connell. They have been more than helpful in providing me with solid rate quotes and have been honest about a respectable level of coverage for my vehicle. Turns out I was slightly over insuring my car and he helped me save a little bit of money. I was a progressive customer for a number of years and thought I was getting a good rate. My car wasn't worth too much so I had basic coverage with no collision insurance. I spoke to Jason about how I was hoping to save a little money. Jason spent an hour on the phone with me looking at various policies and not only did he save me $400 a year, but the new policy he wrote included collision insurance. He was also able to point out how my previous policy left me a little exposed if god forbid something catastrophic were to happen. He also explained to me in laments terms what the various coverage terms meant and what was the best coverage me to have. Needless to say, I was very impressed. I was convinced that going to a local insurance company would cost much more than the big faceless online insurance companies. Not the case. Now if I have any questions I don't have to navigate a digital phone system. I can just call and speak to Jason.
